Pillsbury advised information technology company 2 Twelve Solutions in its recent acquisition by Bcore, a prominent leader in mission-centric solutions for the Department of Defense and the intelligence community.
The terms of the transaction were not publicly disclosed.
2 Twelve’s expertise in rapid prototyping and cutting-edge digital transformation solutions is expected to enhance Bcore’s ability to integrate advanced technology with mission-critical objectives.
According to a company press release, the combined companies will enable the delivery of comprehensive, user-centric solutions that are not only technologically advanced, but also strategically aligned with operational efficiency and security requirements essential to national security missions.
